The next level in the pay scale for military personnel is called the ” Sergeant Major”. The topmost rank is“Colonel” ” Colonel”. Finally, the increases in pay for Specialties rise approximately every two years. It is necessary to be among the top 20 percent of your enlistment class in order to earn the Specialized pay grade. The pay grades are Technician, Radio Technician, Computer Networking Specialist, as well as Information Technology Specialist.
