If you are promoted to higher levels, you are entitled to an increased number of of paid leave per month.
Pay increases at this rate are determined by the military cost of employment. This allows you to account for the rising of living expenses. In addition, the salaries for Specialties increase approximately every two years. It is necessary to be in the top twenty percent of your class to get promoted to the pay grade of Specialized. These pay grades include Technician, Radio Technician, Computer Networking Specialist, as well as Information Technology Specialist.
