If you are promoted to higher levels, you will be able to enjoy a number of paid days of holiday per month.
Pay increase at this level are dependent on the cost of labor index. This is a method to take into account the rise in living expenses. In areas with a high index, the cost of living is likely to be greater than when the Index is not high. In addition, the salaries for Specialties rise at least every 2 years. You must be in the top 20 percent of your enlistment class to get promoted to a Specialized pay grade.
