If you are a Colonel, you will be promoted to General and will oversee the entire military and whole staff. At this rank you also get the most salary per day. As you progress, you will also receive a number of days of paid holiday per month.
Pay rises at this point are based on the military cost of labor index. This allows you to take into account the rise of costs of living. When an area has an index of high value, the cost of living is predicted to be greater than when the index is low. Finally, the increases in pay for Specialties rise every two years. You need to be in the top twenty percent of your class to be promoted to the pay grade of Specialized. These pay grades include Technician, Radio Technician, Computer Networking Specialist, and Information Technology Specialist. People who have any of these pay grade specializations can apply to become a surgical technician, or Medical Assistant when they’ve completed the required number that have served in the past and attained the necessary promotion level.
