If you are promoted to higher levels, you will receive an increased number of of paid leave per month.
Pay rises at this point are dependent on the military’s cost index for employment. This allows you to keep track of the rate of inflation of the cost of living. When an area is characterized by an index of high value, the cost of living is anticipated to be much more than when the index is lower. This is a reason for an increase the salaries of military personnel who are educated and have enjoyed similar promotions as well as pay rises as those who are in lower pay grades.
