The next level up in the military pay scale is called the ” Sergeant Major”. The topmost rank is“Colonel” ” Colonel”. When you attain the rank of Colonel, it means that you will be a general and be responsible for all military personnel and the whole staff. In this position it is also possible to earn the most amounts of money per day. At higher levels, you can expect to receive the most number of days of paid leave per month.

Individuals who hold any of these specialty paygrades could apply to be a surgical technician, or Medical Assistant, once they’ve completed the required number or years in service, and reached the minimum level for promotion.
