Lastly, the pay increases for Specialties will increase at least every 2 years. You must be in the top twenty percent of your enlistment class to gain promotion to the pay grade of Specialized. These pay grades include Technician Radio Technician Computer Networking Specialist as well as Information Technology Specialist.
