In the Colonel rank, you will rank as a General and will oversee your entire army and entire staff. At this level you also get the most money per day. As you progress, you can expect to receive a number of of paid vacation per month.
Pay increases at this rate are calculated based on the army cost of labor index. This is a way to keep track of the rate of inflation of living costs. When a region has an index of high value, the cost of living is anticipated to be much higher than when the cost index is less. This results in an increase in the salary of military personnel who have a high education and had similar promotions and rises as those who are in lower paygrades.
