As you progress, you are entitled to the most number of paid days of leave per month.
Pay increments at this level are dependent on the military’s cost of employment. This allows you to reflect the increasing of living costs. Higher levels of command such as Colonel both commissioned and enlisted officers can be eligible for an upgrade to Colonel. So, officers who have previously been promoted to a General will be eligible to receive a promotion to a Vice Captain or Major.
Also, the increments in pay for Specialties go up every two years. You must be in the top twenty percent of your class in order to earn the pay grade of Specialized. These pay grades include Technician, Radio Technician Computer Networking Specialist, and Information Technology Specialist. If you have one of these specialties pay grades could apply to be a surgical technician, or Medical Assistant, once they’ve completed the required number that have served in the past and reached the appropriate promotion level.
