Philippine Army Pay Chart

Philippine Army Pay Chart – The U.S. Military PayScale is the basic salary scale used by all members of the armed forces. U.S. military pay scales serve as a principal measurement tool to determine personnel pay. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps are the branches using the military pay scale. Each of these branches have specific regulations that determine its pay grade. These include bonuses and compensation for seniority.

A cost of employment index is what is known as the U.S. military pay scale known as“allowable” Rate. The index is found using the amount of enlisted members permanently, permanent personnel, and temporary military retirees for 100 active-duty personnel. After analyzing these variables it is then adjusted to give a percentage that considers the strength requirements of each group to guarantee an adequate workforce. This method is employed to fix a basic rate of military pay that is later applied in each branch.

The U.S army has a ranking structure in place. The ranks are determined in the hands of the First Lieutenant and above and comprise officers such as sergeants, lieutenants (colonels), lieutenants, and majors. In the army, there are three levels placed from top to bottom on the hierarchy of commands. They are referred to as “major”, “first lieutenant,” and “second lieutenant”.

The second pay scale used within the army is the First Major, First Lieutenant, Second Lieutenant and so on. The pay scale ranks individuals across different areas of service within the different wings that comprise the Army. For example, lower-ranked individuals within the Marine Corps will be considered Officers placed in Reserve or Officers Regular. On the other hand, those with higher ranks will be classified as Officers Special or Specialists. Furthermore, those working in the Air Force will be considered Officers Air Recruits, while those in the Navy will be regarded as Officers Navy or Officers Waterman.

The next rung on the pay scale of the military is the ” Sergeant Major”. The topmost scale is the ” Colonel”. When you attain the rank of Colonel, it means that you are a general and have the responsibility for your entire army and entire staff. In this position you’ll also earn the highest amount of pay per day. Higher levels will receive an increased number of days of paid holiday per month.

Pay increases at this rate are dependent on the military’s index of cost of employment. This is a method to adjust for the inflation of living expenses. When an area has one with a high cost index, the cost of living is likely to be much higher than when the cost Index is not high. This is a reason for an increase the pay for military members who are highly educated and had similar promotions and raises similar to those of lower paygrades. The ones who are promoted in the lower ranks of their pay receive no additional pay.

Officers who hold both a commissioning and enlisted receive a promotion to a Warrant Officer. The salary they earn as a Warrant Officer is based on their actual commission rating and is typically above the rank of their actual star. At higher levels of command such as Colonel both commissioned and enlisted officers are eligible for being promoted to Colonel. Following an upgrade to Colonel, all officers commissioned can be promoted to general. Therefore, those who have prior to that been upgraded to a General will be qualified for promotion to a Vice Captain or Major.

Also, the increments in pay for Specialties increase  every two years. You must be in the top twenty percent of your enlistment class to get promoted to the Specialized pay grade. The pay grades are Technician, Radio Technician, Computer Networking Specialist and Information Technology Specialist. If you have one of these specialty paygrades may apply to become a surgeon technician or Medical Assistant once they’ve completed the necessary number in years served and have attained the necessary promotion level.
