Turkish Military Pay Scale – The U.S. Military PayScale is the salary scale that is used for all personnel in the armed forces. U.S. military pay scales serve as the primary gauge for determining the amount of pay. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps are the branches which use the pay scales used by the military. Each of these branches has specific regulations that determine its pay grade. This includes bonuses and special compensation for seniority.

The next rung on the military pay scale is the ” Sergeant Major”. At the top of this rung is known as“Colonel” ” Colonel”. In the Colonel rank, you will be promoted to General and will have responsibility for the entire military and whole staff. At this level you’ll also receive the most amounts of money per day. Higher levels will also receive the most number of paid days of time off per calendar month.

Pay increase at this level are based on the military cost index for employment. This allows you to accommodate for the increase of living expenses. If a location has high cost index, the cost of living is predicted to be significantly higher than when the cost index falls. This causes an increase in the salary of military personnel who have high educational qualifications and who have experienced similar promotions and increases that are comparable to those in lower pay grades. For those who have promotions in positions below their pay grade receive no increment.

Officers that are both an enlisted and commissioned rank get the opportunity to be promoted to Warrant Officer. The pay they receive with this title is determined by their commission rating that is typically higher than the grade of their real star. Higher ranks of command including Colonel, both commissioned, and enlisted officers can receive the rank of Colonel. Following an upgrade to Colonel, all officers commissioned can be promoted to general. For example, those who’ve previously been promoted to a General are qualified for promotion to Vice Captain or a Major.

Lastly, the pay increases for Specialties will increase every two years. It is necessary to be in the top 20 percent of your enlistment class to be promoted to an advanced pay grade. These pay grades include Technician Radio Technician, Computer Networking Specialist, and Information Technology Specialist. Anyone with one of these specialties pay grades can apply to become a surgical technician, or Medical Assistant, once they’ve completed the necessary number hours of work experience and have achieved the level of promotion required.
